Rosésidéro is a dry rosé wine made of Gamay grape variety. The vines, planted in 1989 on a plot of 0.3 ha, flourish on a soil composed of flint, siderolithic sands and ferruginous clay.
Grape clusters are hand-picked by the women and men of the estate in September then delicately stored in small crates. The vinification of this rosé is very much like a white wine. It matures on its lees, with frequent stirring. Then, it is raised in French oak barrels of 225 litres for three months, before being bottled and sitting in your wine cellar. Our rosé, like all our wines, contains no added sulphites, only that produced naturally by grape yeasts during fermentation.
Rosésidéro is the perfect table wine to share with friends and family gathered around for a Sunday meal. It will go perfectly with all your summer dishes, thanks to its seamless alcoholic warmth and palpable fermentative complexity in a wine of harmonious, balanced character.
